3CX upgrade deadline has been announced. The final date for upgrading to the latest version of their software is February 2022.
3CX V18
This year, 3CX has launched a new and improved version of its software version 18. The latest version shifts focus to customer communication and contain new features and updates of mobile apps.
Deadline explanation
Recently, 3CX deadline upgrade is announced starting from February 1st, 2022. They will turn off the current way of how 3CX is licensed. When they turn this off, servers that are using an older version will not be licensed anymore. To avoid this, 3CX is suggesting to upgrade to the latest version (V18) or install an update on V16 (which will keep working until November 2022 after which an upgrade to version 18 will be necessary).
