We are pleased to announce the upcoming event at ITAF’s Belgrade office dedicated to all monitoring enthusiasts – Icinga camp Belgrade, which will be held on 24th September 2016.
What is Icinga?
Icinga is a free software network application which was originally created as a fork of the Nagios system monitoring application back in 2009. “Icinga” words come from Zulu language and it means “it looks for”.
Icinga 2 introduces a new object-based, rule-driven configuration format, which offers user friendly features focused on monitoring, notification, visualisation and reporting. The Icinga 2 features can be enabled on-demand, as default pr as external interfaces compatible with Icinga 1.x and its user interfaces.
What is Icinga camp?
Icinga camp is a one-day, regional event dedicated to Icinga which includes various topics from monitoring best practises, addons and tools to its continued development and improvement.
In addition to presentations about the current state of the project, you will be able to learn more about the tool from the Icinga team and community. No matter if you are a new or experienced icinga user – join us to discuss the latest trends and developments in Icinga and managing modern IT Infrastructure.
