Request an account on the Customer Portal
STEP 1
Complete the form on this page & click on 'Submit'
STEP 2
An ITAF employee will create your account & inform you once done.
STEP 3
As soon as your account is active you can browse to https://service.itaf.eu & click on “Forgot password?”.
STEP 4
Enter your e-mail & click on 'Submit'
STEP 5
A password reset e-mail will be send to you. After resetting your password you can login on the service center. Instructions on how to ask for support on the service center can be found here.
